SmartShirt uses two-ply 100% cotton from UK and Japan mostly with a thread count of 100 threads per inch. SmartShirts are stitched with an average of 20 stitches per inch which also depends on the type of fabric used. Our thick (3mm) shell buttons are imported from Japan. You should not settle for plastic buttons!

SmartShirts are made in Hong Kong, known for its outstanding tailoring. SmartShirt uses a dedicated workshop to make its shirts. Quality is therefore easily and regularly monitored. More importantly, quality is guaranteed.

Your shirt will be delivered by airmail in a regular sized envelope that fits a standard size mailbox, so no need to stay at home! The shirt itself is also packed in a elegant cover for further protection which can also be used as a travel pouch on your business trips.

Our delivery service will take around two weeks to major cities. We do NOT deliver to a PO Box. We will send you an e-mail on the day we ship your order. Please contact us at customer-service@smartshirt.asia if your shirt has not arrived 3 weeks after you placed the order. When you ordered more than one shirt at the same time they may be delivered separately and therefore arrive on separate dates.

We recommend hand washing SmartShirts in warm water (max 30 degrees Celcius) or simply use the washing machine (max 30 degrees Celcius) to wash your shirt. We do not recommend tumble dry because the fabric may shrink more than usual.
