| Hong Kong has long been known for its quality tailors. All SmartShirts are made in our Hong Kong workshop by professional tailors. Our workshop with master tailors draw on more than 25 years’ experience of shirt and suit making in Hong Kong, and this is evident in the quality and workmanship of our shirts. |
| Fabrics |
| All SmartShirts are made of 100% cotton fabric. Only two ply 90 or 100 are used in the SmartShirt range. Even higher quality fabrics will be available in the near future. All fabrics are imported from Japan and the UK. |
| Buttons |
| Buttons are an important part of your shirt. Only the best is good enough. We use shell buttons rather than ordinairy plastic buttons. The buttons are 3 mm thick and are made in Japan. On request we can deliver shirts with even thicker button (or thinner). |
| Stitching |
| You can also determine the quality of a shirt by the number of stitches. SmartShirts are made with great care. They have an average of 20 stitches per inch, and up to 22 stitches per inch on certain parts. Front and back panel are joined together with double stitching. |
